葛静，女，汉族，1990年6月出生，黑龙江省牡丹江人，讲师，中共党员。2012年毕业于大庆师范学院数学与应用数学专业，获理学学士学位；2015年毕业于东北石油大学应用数学专业，获理学硕士学位；2022年毕业于东北石油大学石油与天然气工程专业，获工学博士学位。现任东北石油大学数学与统计学院硕士研究生导师，东北石油大学国家知识产权信息服务中心助理研究员，《Geomechanics and Geophysics for Geo-Energy and Geo-Resources》、《Advances in Geo-Energy Research》、《Energies》、《Geofluids》等国际期刊审稿人。
多年来一直从事油气井增产措施与储层改造(岩石力学、水力压裂裂缝扩展规律)、非常规油气微纳观孔裂缝连通规律及渗吸微纳观机理研究。近年来，作为骨干成员参与国家自然科学基金3项；发表论文20余篇，其中SCI收录9篇；授权国家发明专利2项。
