辛华，女，汉，1981年9月，博士研究生，副教授，硕士生导师，主要研究应用统计学，获得2019-2020东北石油大学优秀教师称号，Statistical Computation and Simulation审稿人，主讲研究生和本科生课程10余门、主持省、局级项目10余项，发表文章40余篇，包括SCI索引20余篇。

2020年9月-2022年4月，东北石油大学，动力工程及工程热物理专业，博士后,导师：姜民政 ；

2016年9月至2019年12月，东北石油大学石油与天然气工程，博士,导师：朱建平  孙玉学；

2004年9月至2007年4月，哈尔滨理工大学，硕士,导师：孔繁亮；

2000年9月至2004年7月，齐齐哈尔大学，应用数学，学士。

讲授本、硕、博多门课程：多元统计分析、运筹学、高等数学、线性代数、概率论与数理统计、复变函数与积分变换、现代分析、随机过程、R程序设计等。
