刘新，女，汉，博士研究生，特任副教授，硕士生导师，主要从事分数阶非线性系统的稳定性、同步控制及其应用等方面的研究工作，目前已在“Neural Networks”，“Chaos, Solitons and Fractals”，“Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation”等国际学术期刊上发表论文10余篇，其中10篇被 SCI 收录(含3篇 SCI一区文章，3篇SCI 二区文章)，博士期间主持校级项目4项，其中2项获一等资助，荣获“山东省优秀毕业生”称号；主持黑龙江省省属本科高校“优秀青年教师基础研究支持计划”项目1项，以及“新时代龙江优秀硕士、博士学位论文”项目。
